How To Make Ankake Udon , Japanese Food

Udon noodles is one of the favorite foods in Japanese. These noodles are thick noodles shaped ankake called udon. This time I will try to present the udon noodle recipe this with a variety of materials.

Ingredients :
  • 3 1 / 3 cup dashi 
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce 
  • 2 tablespoons mirin 
  • 1 / 4 enoki mushrooms, cut into 1 inch 
  • 4 green beans, thinly sliced 
  • 1 / 2 Negi, thinly sliced

How To Make :
