Making California Roll Sushi



Sushi is one of the most popular food in Japan, even in the world. Sushi made with rice and raw fish that has been fermented in salt. raw fish and rice that is what is the main ingredient in making sushi. Not only in Japan, these foods also been scattered in various corners around the world. Recipes that time will I share is California Roll Sushi.

Ingredients :
  • 2 pieces of avocado, cut according to taste 
  • Sushi rice, to taste
  • 5 crabs, take the meat 
  • salt to taste 
  • mayonnaise to taste 
  • a few pieces of bamboo mat 
  • sesame seeds, to taste  
  • dried seaweed, to taste. 

How To Make California Roll Sushi :
   
The first thing to do is cook sushi rice first until it is completely cooked. while waiting for sushi rice, avocado peeled and cut according to taste. Please enter the crab meat into a bowl and coat with salt to taste mayonnaise as well.



  


This is a bamboo mat covered with plastic used to wrap all the ingredients.



 





Place one sheet of dried seaweed on bamboo mat. 







  

 
place the sushi rice on a bamboo mat that has been coated in dried      seaweed until the rice evenly, and press hard. 









Sprinkle sushi rice with sesame seeds until blended whole.  










 Behind the sushi was lining up to seaweed on top.











Once behind, put slices of avocado and crab meat on top of horizontal directional seaweed. 










Roll the bamboo mat to continue pressing the ingredients inside the cylinder-shaped sushi. Press firmly the bamboo mat base by hand.








Then remove the roll of sushi from the bamboo mat and roll-shaped pieces. For cutting the size according to tas
