Breakfast menu is most suited to the tongue one of which is fried rice. Indonesian fried rice we do not lose the appetite in the morning. Rice recipes with basic ingredients are quite interested by many people. below is one of the special Indonesian food I serve to friends all the java fried rice.
Ingredients :
- 500 gr rice
- 200 grams of boiled beef, cut into long thin
- 100 grams of wet shrimp, shelled
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil for sauteing
The mashed spice:
- 4 red chilies, seeded
- 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
- 6 pieces of red onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp coriander
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs chicken, make pancakes
- 2 pieces of cucumber, peeled, cut into pieces
- prawn crackers taste
- fried onion to taste
Directions :
- Stir fry ground ingredients until fragrant. Give 3 tablespoons water and soy sauce, then stir well.
- Insert meat and shrimp, stir briefly. Enter rice, stirring constantly until blended over low heat, then remove from heat.Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions, scrambled eggs, sliced cucumber, and shrimp crackers
