How To Make a fried rice goat


Breakfast menu is most suited to the tongue one of which is fried rice. Indonesian fried rice we do not lose the appetite in the morning. Rice recipes with basic ingredients are quite interested by many people. below is one of the special Indonesian food I serve to friends all the fried rice goat.
Ingredients :
  • 250 grams of white rice 
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil 
  • 150 gr lamb meat, cut according to taste 
  • 2 leeks, thinly sliced1 / 4 red tomatoes, sliced according to taste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce 
  • Complement : Pickled cucumbers, 50 g fried chips
Spices that are :
  • 2 cloves garlic 
  • 4 red onions 
  • 2 red chilies curly 
  • 2 eggs hazelnut 
  • 1 / 4 tsp pepper 
  • 1 / 2 tsp shrimp paste, fried 
  • salt to taste
    Pickles Ingredients :
    • 1 piece of cucumber cut into long 1 x 3 cm 
    • 1 carrot cut into matchsticks 
    • 1 / 4 tsp vinegar 
    • 1 / 2 tsp sugar 
    • a little hot water
    Directions :
    1. Mix the pickle ingredient together and stir well. Put it in the refrigerator, set aside 
    2. Heat oil and sauté ground spices until fragrant. then  Enter the tomato, green onion, and goat meat, stir until average.
    3. Once cooked goat meat, white rice and enter soy sauce, stir, then remove from heat. 
    4. Serve warm with a sprinkling of fried onions, complete with fries and pickle chips.
