How To Make a Hot Plate squid Tofu


For sea food lovers, this squid dish is perfect in your tongue. The meat is tasty is equipped with ultra-soft tofu squid make this a favorite dish for the family. Dont forget to serve with a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
Ingredients :
  •  250 gr squid, cut to taste
  •  300 gr tofu, cut according to taste
  •  100 gr mushrooms shimeji
 Ingredients to Make Sauce :
  •  2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  •  1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
  •  1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  •  1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  •  2 tablespoon BBQ sauce
  •  1 tablespoon soy sauce
  •  1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
  •  1 / 2 tsp sugar
  •  1 teaspoon salt
Garnish : 1 teaspoon of the toasted sesame seeds
how to make : 
  1.  preheat the hot plate until it is - really hot. Pick and place on top of the container.
  2.  pour the sauce into the hot plate
  3.  stacking squid, tofu and mushrooms according to your tastes. Cook until all ingredients cooked.
  4.  After cooked sprinkle with sesame seeds that have been roasted.
  5.  Serve hot in a state
  6.  served for 4 people
